Gladiators: train hard, lead well
The Franklin program for teens and adults. Striking, practical self-defense and conditioning in a 45 minute evening class, with four times a week to choose from.
What Gladiators train
Teens find direction here, and adults find a workout they actually look forward to.
- Striking. Boxing combinations, kicks and pad work for power, timing and fitness.
- Practical self-defense. Escapes, awareness and smart decisions for real situations.
- Conditioning. Rounds that build stamina and strength without a gym membership.
- Mental toughness. Staying calm, breathing and finishing the round when it gets hard.
What happens in a Gladiators class?
Classes open with a dynamic warm up, move into striking or self-defense technique, and finish with partner rounds or conditioning. Coaches scale every drill, so a first timer and a black belt can train side by side and both get pushed.
Gladiators train in their own evening class, separate from the kids program. Controlled sparring comes in once the fundamentals are solid, always with gear and always by choice.
When do Gladiators train in Franklin?
Choose any two evenings a week. Monday and Wednesday classes start at 7:25 PM, and Tuesday and Thursday classes start at 8:00 PM.
